Story…. On October 31, 2018, after being stabbed and left to die by psychiatrist Dr. Ranbir Sartain, allowing him to escape with spree killer Michael Myers, Deputy Frank Hawkins is found by passing teenager Cameron Elam, who tends to his wounds and calls him an ambulance. Awakening, Hawkins regrets accidentally shooting and killing his partner in pursuit of Michael 40 years earlier before preventing Michael’s original psychiatrist Dr. Sam Loomis from executing him outside of Michael’s childhood home in order to arrest him himself, before resolving to kill him himself in the present.
